When I wrote this song, I was in a very lonely place. I lost what I felt was the love of my life; and everywhere I went, I saw her. It came to a point where I didn't want to get out of bed; because I could close my eyes and imagine she was still there with me.
This song gave me a way to channel how I was feeling; and even a glimpse of hope that she may, one day, come back to me....
